Next Up Rookie Program
During summer 2025, my team and I developed a quick-turn capsule collection and activation in collaboration with Project Rampart, representing 23 Baltimore City Schools. As part of the Next Up Team, we partnered cross-functionally with different teams throughout Under Armour and got to see the evolution of a collection from start to finish.
My role in the project included researching the Baltimore youth community, creating mood boards that shaped our creative direction, and designing the “Pulse Zone” retail spaces for the Brand House and Harbor East stores. Through this opportunity, I strengthened my skills in visual merchandising, social media, and creative direction.
I’m incredibly proud of our collection, “Crowned After Dark”—a lifestyle performance line celebrating the dedication and hustle of Project Rampart athletes who work hard on the field, in the classroom, and still make curfew.
